Complaints
All complaints should be brought to an officer. That officer will direct the complaint to the officer's council or to the complaint's officer if he/she is online. Most issues will be dealt with either in a private chat channel or in a private ventrillo channel. Very large issues will be dealt with by a council meeting. If a complaint is unable to be resolved by a single officer, the complaint officer, or an officer council meeting then it will be redirected to the guild master. The GM has THE final word on all subject.
